The hotel is near san marco garage. access is via electronic codes. This felt secure. communication through whatsapp was efficient. the spacious bathroom was a nice amenity. the room was also very clean.
the water pressure in the shower wasnt great. it was a little difficult to rinse properly.

I appreciated the seamless check in. Codes for the main door and our room arrived via email. our room was quite spacious. This added a luxurious feel. the location was excellent. it was just a short walk to santa lucia train station. It made arrival and departure very easy.

The hotel location is amazing, just a short walk from transportation options! I received check-in instructions quickly, about 10 minutes after arriving. The room I had was spacious, clean, and quiet, a pleasant surprise. A communal dining area with a microwave is available to guests.
The TV apps on the smart TV weren't updated. I could not open Netflix or YouTube.
